Hailing from the beautiful town of Hawea, Mackenzie has a deep connection with the local community and a strong work ethic. When the holidays arrive, Mackenzie is always eager to return to Wanaka. With her role as the Website Owner and Manager, at Wanaka Kids Club, she has dedicated herself to designing and delivering exceptional holiday programs since 2013. Her commitment to creating the best possible experience for children stems from her belief in the importance of outdoor activities and making the most of living in Wanaka and its incredible surroundings. She places a strong emphasis on creating a safe and inclusive environment where children can develop confidence, teamwork skills, and a sense of wonder. Emilie is a Wanaka local who now studies her masters in speech-language pathology. Before moving away for uni you might have seen her teaching dance at Dance Wanaka or working at the supermarket. Emilie enjoys dance, learning new languages, crafts, and the sunshine! She has been loving working at Wanaka Kids Club since 2019 and hopes to continue working with awesome kids once she graduates.
Meet Charlotte, an outdoor and animal enthusiast hailing from the UK. With a commendable background of 5 years working with children and young people, Charlotte's expertise in childcare extends from kids camps to running figure skating parties and tennis coaching.
Her love for the great outdoors and her affection for animals drive her passion in creating captivating experiences for children. When Charlotte isn't busy with her work, she dedicates time to her own active hobbies. Swimming, climbing, and practicing yoga are not only a means to stay fit and healthy but also sources of tranquility and balance amidst the bustling world.
