After School Care
From our own classroom at Wanaka Primary School we run our After-School Programme Monday to Friday.

We plan specific activities for each day in the week and mix sports, creative sessions, games and excursions to make after school the best time of the day.

We're approved by the Ministry of Social Development which means you could qualify for the Out of School Care and Recreation Subsidy and, even if you don't use this subsidy, you can be assured you're booking with the right team.
When and Where?

When: We run Monday to Friday from 2:45pm to 5:30pm
Where: Our Club room is at Wanaka Primary School on the Totara Terrace side of the School.
How kids get to us?
Shuttling from all local schools:
We pick up kids from Holy Family, Take Karara and Hawea Flat Primary Schools.
What do you do?

Afternoon Snacks: We serve up Cheese + Crackers, Apples + Carrots. On Fun days Cheese Toasties + Milo's.
Homework Help: Until 4pm, staff offer help with homework + independent projects.
Sport and Creative: Throughout the week we mix sports in the school with creative arts & crafts in the classroom.
How much does it cost?
1 Session: $28
1hr care (Wanaka Primary Students ONLY): $15
Out of School Care & Recreational Subsidy

How do I pay?
You can pay online via bank transfer or through our Direct Debit system.

​How do I change my booking?
To make a change to your booking, just give us a call or text.

What if I am running late?
Pick up is at 5:30pm. We'll allow 5 minutes after before charging $1 per minute. If you think you'll be later, give us a call.
